Also from meditation, you can increase concentration and people have performed better on tests to those that hadn’t meditated.
Meditation can actually give you a glimpse of infinity. What I mean by this is, it can help us think logically, it is the infinite consciousness that is a part of us all. Only in meditation does it give us time. It actually adds hours to our day because we can do things faster than we normally do, even giving us more time for leisure.
