Lessons in Self-Love, Self-Mastery & Mindset

 

I'm Sharon the founder of Melbourne Kinesiology and Detox Centre. I'm a qualified kinesiologist and a Counsellor. In my 17 years in my clinic, I have seen hundreds if not thousands of reoccurring themes. People come to me with all kind of questions, all kind of problems. Whether it's boundaries, they don't have the boundaries, or they have too strong boundaries. Whether it's control, they become a controlling, or lack of control and they don't know what to do with that. Whether it's addictions. Whether it's saying goodbye to relationships that you had for so long and you don't know how to cut the cords between you and the other person or that situation that you're no longer there.

My aim is to empower you and to bring you from survive to thrive, to take you into this self-mastery. That led me to collate these issues, these problems, and to put them into my book.

Some of the things, for example, people are asking, "What is drama? What is self-love?" Do you know how to love yourself? Have you loved yourself? Can you stand in front of yourself in the mirror and say, "I love you. You're amazing. You're awesome"? If you don't, what stops you? Can you give yourself a compliment? Are you happy with the way that you look?

Are you happy with your weight? Are you happy with your thought pattern? Are you happy with your success? Are you successful? Do you feel that it's time for you to master yourself? This is why when you read this book, when you feel this energy that goes through you will actually transform yourself, and you move, and you shift.

I'll give you an example. I had a person who came to me and they said, "I broke up with my partner a few years ago, but it keeps looping, going in my head. I can't forget them. I can't do anything about it." I have taught them a technique on how to move, how to disconnect in the most simple way.

If there is any trauma they will go to your adrenal glands, that's where I have here the adrenal story. What is the adrenals? You might ask. The adrenals will control your thyroid. The adrenal will control your fight, flight, freeze. The adrenal will control whether you can think or you're just in a reaction mode and you're running and you're doing. You can keep running away from your problems. But guess what, they're still there. You can keep running to your success. But if you haven't dealt with what needed to be dealt with, they'll still be some challenges there.

So the aim of this book is to empower you, in 28 lessons, to shift, move, and solve all the problems, all the stress that you might have in relation to these specific subjects.
