We already know you are into fitness and keeping healthy.  Have you considered supplementing your cardio sessions with some meditation?

Meditation can be used as a way to ease anxiety, work through stress and depression and is often a way for people to rest the mind and body.

Simply mention that you are an Anytime Fitness Carnegie member and you can receive 10% off mediation sessions at Melbourne Kinesiology & Detox Centre.

Our sessions run most Monday evenings from 7:15pm to 8:30pm during the school term.  You can book in for one at a time, or for as many as you like.

Guided meditations are led by Sharon Tal.

Sharon has been practicing meditation for more than 20 years and running weekly meditation classes and full moon meditations Since 1999.

Sometimes it is hard to find the right time or know how to quiet our minds enough to meditate.  By coming along to a guided meditation, these hurdles are overcome.
