Often we want to change something about ourselves so that we may reach our full potential. However, often we feel frustrated when we aren’t able to make the change – whether it is moving out of a situation or quitting the use of a substance. The way that I see it, there are three layers to change. You must be willing, ready and able. You must ask yourself whether you are aware of your situation and willing to change it, and whether you have the means to execute the change.
