Adrenal Fatigue Symptoms
The 28 Lessons in Self Mastery book was created based on my Youtube channel, Ms Sharon Tal, which I started in the year 2010. It is a collation of many thousands of clients that visited the clinic for over 16 years. As a result, I decided to document the subjects and ailment that my clients presented and the strategies for healing. To combat addictions, adrenal problems, fatigue, anxieties, stress, depression, and many other ailments. I have designed the lessons which were published as a book in 2016 by the Animal Dreaming publisher.

I provide you with lots of tools within the book, within the lessons, to overcome them and to create your own solution, so you can live your best life, a life that you love.
We're talking, for example, about adrenal fatigue.
There are a few symptoms of adrenal fatigue, and they are variable in terms of how you feel. So common presenting symptoms include exhaustion, ongoing fatigue which is unexplainable, stress, you have difficulty getting out of bed in the morning, or you wake up in the middle of the night with night sweats, or just can't sleep. You experience fuzzy thinking, impaired memory, muscle or joint pain, increasing irritability and you are getting sick more frequently. You can feel that you're wired when going to work or when you leave. You have no patience, and you've had enough, and you're exhausted. Those are some of the symptoms of adrenal fatigue.
How do we overcome Adrenal Fatigue?
In kinesiology, which is a combination of traditional Chinese medicine and chiropractic, we are mapping the body. What we do, we create a connection between body symptoms and the Chinese meridians, which is energy lines in the body. The meridian that relates to adrenals is related to the thyroid function as well and to the body temperature regulation in the body.
The way that we will help it, the way that we will contribute to balancing it is to find out first about what is your stress. Find out how many hours you sleep, how much water do you drink, what is the food that you're eating? For example, sugar can elevate the level of your adrenal fatigue. What we can do is combat it in the mind, body, and spirit. I will give you strategies on how to remove those blocks. Identifying, first of all, what is happening and then give you practical solutions like breathing and a proper diet. Reassessing your situation in life and perhaps choosing to make another decision on how you manage your lifestyle in order to give yourself some more space within it.
